Review commands inspect branch patches only to answer anchor queries. Buffering the complete patch makes memory use scale with diff size. Return the `git diff` stdout pipe as an `io.ReadCloser`. Closing the reader waits for Git, so callers receive parser and process failures together without a producer goroutine.
